What size bags do you carry?

We carry two sizes of black soil-a 5 lb gift bag and a 25 pound garden bag. We also sell half and full pallets of our 25 lb bag which contain 20 and 40 bags respectively.
What makes black dirt so special?

Our soil is extremely rich in organic matter. Typical soils yield roughly 15% organic matter where our soil has anywhere between 70-90%. This high organic compound makes the soil exceptionally fertile.
How does delivery work?

Bags or pallets will be dropped in your driveway. You will receive a delivery date when your order is placed and a call within an hour of your expected delivery time on the day of.
How can I get my soil?

We are a delivery only company. Once we have your soil reservation, you will receive an email confirming delivery date. Deliveries begin March 1 2025.
I ordered more than I needed-can I return a bag?

We do not accept returns on any bags or soil once delivered.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
